Does somebody know? Let´s assume a publisher releases a game on these stores, the community finds a lot of bugs in the first 30 minutes of gameplay*, and the publisher now needs to launch a fix / patch. How much does it cost, IF there´re any costs? Or is it depending on the contract or whatever considerations? I´ve asked that myself several times and would appreciate any (serious) insight. *Any similarity with reality is purely coincidental. No animals were hurt during production...
There is cost on the PS Store, I believe they are fairly high. I can only imaging how much it has cost DTG over the years in releasing updates and fixes to all the TSW DLCs.
I wouldn´t imagine that Sony or Microsoft or whatever host would deliver "free lunch" to the whole world. There´s bandwidth involved, to consider the least. The cloud is just somebody else´s computer. And that´s why I´m asking. Do we have concrete numbers?
