PS5 Tsw3 Dlc Not Installing Properly

So I've been downloading some of my DLC for TSW3 and when going in game a lot of my content says "owned" but is not accessible? I know there's apparently a DLC limit for PS5 but I only have 13 of them installed which surely can't be the current limit? Is there a way to fix it? Thanks in advance and apologies if a thread like this already exists, couldn't find one

Harlem, Cathcart Circle, GWE, LGV Mediterranee, Bakerloo, NTP, Spirit of Steam, Tees Valley, Runaway Elf, West Cornwall Local, West Somerset, Bahnstrecke, Birmingham Cross City and three base routes

 

That lot will definitely have taken you over the limit. The three ‘base routes’ count towards your DLC limit too. The limit is 64 gb.

 

You are going to have to uninstall some it's 11 or 12 routes with there loco DLCs in

 

Damn I knew there was a limit but didn't realise it'd be so minimal. Comes off as jarring when coming from TSW2 on the PS4
