Hi all, in a Festival 2023 on steam store an exemple route cane creek is 16,49 € and xbox gamepass is 26,99 € , clinchfield is 8,99 € on steam and 26,99 € on game pass. why the discount not on xbox ? and my last buy on xbox express route not have discount -10% it s possible to apply discount on xbox game pass please ?
Hi - we have to work with platform providers for promotional events, and tie into the sales they have marked out. We try to be a part of as many sales opportunities as we can, and I believe there was a fairly large Xbox sale a few weeks ago. Hope that makes sense! And on Game Pass discounts - these are manually added by Microsoft after the release of the content.
Reason for this the rail event is a yearly steam thing steam is pc only so therefore not applicable to any console version of game in terms of steam event discounts
Yes DTG JD that is correct. There was a Xbox game pass and MS Store sale that went on throughout the Christmas period. I think it lasted for coming on 3 weeks? Just like Steam, MS put on huge discounts, up to 56%. It's because of these discounts that MS gave is the reason why I purchased the TSW3 Deluxe SoS, Cathcart, Nahverkehrsnetz Dresden - Riesa, and Tees Valley. Which like Steam had a 50% discount. The class 20 pack was reduced to under £6, So I purchased that when I purchased, TVL. All I can suggest is to keep checking the Xbox Gamepass store, as the prices get reduced quite often, though admittedly, not by much!
