A huge amount of Spanish content is freeware, most of it in fact. A chunk of that freeware is very high quality - close to AP quality (when they're being good I mean, AP when they decided to give every 375 an incorrect interior isn't a high bar to cross). It's astonishing the culture and quality difference. Another difference in culture is the sharing of GeoPcDx files, which is considered normal. My friend who I tagged is part of the Spanish community and I am quite jealous of him.
