Having just bought a PS5 and added (initially) the standard pack to the game collection, I find myself pondering that it would be nice as also a PC user to get some sort of discount on rebuying the route DLC that I already own on the PC for the PS5. Not suggesting a massive discount but maybe 15 or 20% off would be a nice sweetener for a repeat purchase.
MY issue is how on EARTH would they track this? personalyl It seems a little farfetched to find a way to show this - Considering the whole diffrent account thing and youd need a LOT of proof to prove you did it and overral seems just a little overboard and useless imo and impossible to implement.
It was a (slightly) tongue in cheek suggestion, but so far as tracking is concerned I am using my existing Dovetail Live account, albeit with a new player character. Ultimately I will triage what I want to add to the PS5 collection, certainly not everything on the PC and more than likely more recent releases, bar the BR Classics. For example unless it was heavily discounted I can’t see me adding routes like GWE or SPG or stuff like IOW which I haven’t played much since purchase anyway.
