Ruhr-sieg: Searching For The Lost Tutorial

After receiving my copy of the Ruhr-Sieg route, I opened it up and, as always, went straight to the two tutorials: for the DB BR 185.2 and the DB BR 143. After the second of these completed, a "next tutorial" box showed up, this one for the DB BR 767.2.
Last week I went back to Ruhr-Sieg after a long absence and tried running the scenario for the 767.2, bur couldn't remember how to operate it, so I headed back to the route's tutorials, but that 3rd tutorial had vanished.
That led me to open a ticket at DTG Support, where an expert has been helping me; but he could no find the 3rd tutorial either. He suggested that I try creating a new avatar and seeing whether the AWOL tutorial would be available with that, but it wasn't. So this leads me to three questions:

1) Who else remembers running the DB BR 767.2 Control Car's tutorial?

1a) For those who do, can you access it now?

2) This is addressed to anyone who has recently bought Ruhr-Sieg and run the tutorials: after running the first two (see above), were you offered the third one described here?

 

I can remember doing the tutorial, but I think you only can access it if you don't have done it allready.

You could try to move the "firsttimeexpierence.sav" file in your documents/my games/ts2prototype/saved/savegame folder into a backup folder an then start the tutorials again.
Then you should be able to access the 3rd tutorial for the dostos cab car again (for one time).

 

The only way you can access the tutorial for the 767.2 is by completing the 185.2 tutorial and clicking "Next Tutorial" as you described. It's apparently content that didn't make the release (hence why it's not in the menu) but was included with the route anyway.
