I would love this. I would suggest maybe extending the route to Køge Nord? It’d mean you can get more services with DSB.

 

This would also allow for DSB EA or DSB EB with the Doppelstockwagens

 

For the voltages it's 15kv 16 2/3hz and 25kv 50hz remember running a 15kv 16 2/3hz DSB locomotive on German 15kv 16.7hz can result in power lock which is a red box on speed indicator.
For freight locomotive Green Cargo Traxx has a transformer for Swedish 1.8m pantograph 15kv 16 2/3hz DB ÖBB 25kv DSB
