Steam Dynamic Shadow Problem

Even though I play the game at the highest settings with 2k resolution, the shadow quality is very bad. Does this happen to you too?

Pc: Intel i7-12700k, ASUS ROG Nvidia RTX 3080, 32GB 6000Mhz-DDR5 Ram, 1TB 980 PRO NVMe-SSD.

 

What exactly is bad? Shadows aren't the best in tsw even if you max it out.

 

* Shadows have flickering issue. Especially in the morning and evening, there is excessive vibration in the cabins.
* At the highest setting, this image is not normal.
