Rapid Transit

hello, I purchased the digital deluxe for Xbox one and I can’t find the rapid transit anywhere. I know it’s installed but no route or trains from there show up. What am I missing?

 

Try restarting the Xbox/PS4, could still be downloading or installing or require a reboot of the console/app

 

I’ve done that, I’ve also uninstalled and then reinstalled and still doesn’t show in game.
