The route was on https://pawerybs.pl/ but I think that website has closed down. You would be better asking on the forum the link is on . More people on that forum with an interest in Polish Railways than here.
Unfortunately, this Polish forum "died some time ago" I sent to the forum and to the author of the thread where the link is all to no avail. I found Pawerybs Complete Object Packs and others on german forums but this route is not listed Unfortunately, it was the only Polish tour made I've been looking for this route for a long time and that's why I posted the question here
There does not seem to be any Polish Stock for TSC. I used to have some when I ran Trainz on my computer - not now though.
