PS4 Can't Use Creators Club Liverys In Scenarios

DTG JD DTG Matt I am currently making a West Somerset Railway Scenario and I tried to put this livery on which it let me.

However I just did a little bit of testing on the same scenario and this what the 47 looked like.

However it never does it on the liverys I make which I put on Creators Club which leads me to think this happens to everyone who subscribes to a livery.

 

Did you equip the livery for the scenario?

Maybe try unsubscribing and resubscribing then
