Because each time that I tried that Train 316 North White Plains to GCT keeps blocking my train so that I can't move anymore. That other train was to go off the main line (if you want to call it that) and stop at Crestwood Track 4 at 7:30:30 but it keeps going off the path that it is to go to get to the stopping point. And it does not matter how you start the mission Train 616 Southeast to GCT: Via Journey, service mode/ timetable mode or lastly On Foot. Please and thank you
This issue is fixed in the TSW 3 version of the Harlem line on PS4, but unfortunately the TSW 2 version never received this fix.
