Steam What Is Up With London Commuter?

Well so today I went and got London commuter for my 3rd Device (lol) and I noticed a lot of weird and also some Horrifying bugs that have only come up recently... It has them on the PS5 I have it on (Bar the XBOX I have it on it doesn't work at all with it lol so I can't tell..) Its on console and PC which is also really annoying and also its not the power doing it as my PC is most powerful of the lot..
Here are some Examples:
(1) Missing rails at Clapham Junction and Redhill (Or there may be more that I haven't been to yet)



(2) Passengers Blocking the Way between Reigate and Redhill (Before then Despawning)

(Freaky no. 3) Passengers committing suicide at Redhill (Serious)




So these are the bugs I have found found so far. They make me laugh, They Ruin gameplay a bit and they are really freaky lol..
If anyone knows how to fix this or has support please reply to me, It would be great.
