I bought the West Cornwall Local Steam Rail Tour Add-On but am unable to import the route from TSW2 to TSW3. Any ideas what to do? I'm not getting the "import profile" option up like it says in the problem solving pages. Also How do I delete a profile on TSW3? Thanks, Will

If you are trying to get a route in TSW3 go to "manage game" for TSW3 and tick its name in the list to ensure it is downloaded. Importing your profile is a one time thing the first time you open TSW3 where it takes your TSW2 save and makes a copy in TSW3.
Thankyou. The problem I have is the steam train is already there in TSW3 but the route is not, it’s still in TSW2. I need to move the route to TSW3 but it’s not appearing there. I already have the same profile uploaded in TSW2 and TSW3 and am signed in to Dovetail Live. Do I need to try and delete and then reinstall everything?
Okay, looks like I need to explain it in more detail, let me get screenshots. Highlight TSW3. Bring up the menu and choose "Manage Game and Addons" Then choose to manage your installation on the drive it is installed to Finally, in this list, scroll down to the route, and tick it, then click the "Save Changes" button. This is the standard procedure for managing all DLC for every game on XBox. The whole process is entirely external to the game, and has nothing to do with dovetail live or your profile. Once it finishes downloading, you will have the route installed for TSW3, you can repeat this for any routes or locos you purchase in the future.
