Seems to show : Buffered Mk3 coaches in British Rail Intercity Executive livery Anglia would be Norfolk area which is far from Carlisle to Glasgow. You may be able to acquire your desired reskins from ATS site!
Are you trying to load a scenario? It is likely it's looking for a reskin you don't have (WCML North only comes with InterCity Mark 3s) so you'll need to look at the requirements for the scenario or sway the coach manually. EDIT: You say it's an AP coach in the title. Is it an AP scenario from one of their packs? If so you'll need to download the extra stock pack for that pack.
Bought some AP products and got this scenario. If I knew what I was missing, I would buy it. AP is having a sale right now. I made a screenshot of the missing MK3
Are you sure its an AP coach missing - in your post if it was an AP coach it would have AP in the title, That coach is a default coach for the Keith Moss WCMLNorth route Can you give us the route and scenario name where this is happening?
Realistic branding patch? I have that variant I just checked, and it's not something I'd have gone out of my way to install and being an AP scenario my money's on the Realistic branding patch.
These are the requirements for the scenario, it's one of the Powerhouse scenarios. If you have all the requirements, all I can suggest is to reinstall the scenario.
And as Reef suggested also make sure you downloaded the AP branding file https://www.armstrongpowerhouse.com/rolling_stock/coach/mk3a-b_coach_pack look at the very bottom and click the download. As mentioned earlier some AP packs have 1 or 2 additional files which can be downloaded! By the way I really like the AP scenario packs. I have them all and they seem very robust
Just to point out, the Mark 3 pack is not a requirement for that scenario. Having taken a second look, the APW90 suffix on the name of the coach means it is likely part of the Wherry Lines route. Try installing the extra stock page for the the Wherry Lines route.
MK3 is freshly installed + Realistic branding patch. I have the Wherry Line from Steam and the Upgradepack 2.0 from AP. Maybe that's the reason?

I bought all from AP. Looks like buying AP DLCs from Steam or JT DLCs from Steam in anathema. Guessing the cheap sales is what gets you!
No... that's what I did, and I have never had an issue since upgrading to v2.0. I'm sure that missing coach is from the GEML Class 90, or maybe just from the GEML route itself. Do you have those?
