I am completely unable to release the brakes on the MT HST once I have changed ends. The needle continues to point to Full Service even when the brake lever is in the release position. The cab at the opposite end has been shut down correctly, with the brake in full service, the reverser off and the key locked. To recreate this please go to the first HST service of the day from the yard into Derby and then close down the cab, move to the other end and try to pull away. The same thing also happens when changing ends in Part 2 of that run, at Nottingham.
Well your brakes are in full service so that might explain why. Try putting the brakes into release and the reverser off and master key out.
Maybe by chance did you accidentally press the parking brake on the rear cab? Is the parking brake off in the front cab? If not then I can't think of anything and its probably a bug.
