1. When using the 158 on the 16:30 service from Leicester as I approach the 40mph speed limit coming into Nottingham the emergency breaks randomly come on for no reason and then happens again when approaching the 25mph speed limit. not sure this happens on all services 2. the wipers on the 158 don't clear water off the windows so cant see at all in raining weather. 3. passengers block you in the cab.
Is anyone else getting random AWS penalty brake applications? I got them in both the HST and 158. Other than that really bad speed boards, calling on signals and on the HST hazard lights remaining lit.
you need to reduce to a safety speed in order not to get penalty break, I am guessing that is part of the approach control
How does this get missed? Like are the beta testers blind or something or just loaded up the game for 5 minutes and cleared it for release without looking at any details.
That’s not how approach control works in real life. No berth track circuit is that long in real life and they are always in the rear of the AWS magnet. Even so the emergency application of the TPWS overspeed sensors is way too early too. The game thinks it triggers the application before even going over the arming (first) loop. It’s ridiculous how this has been missed and the testers obviously don’t understand the basic fundamentals railway signalling and how it works or this wouldn’t of been missed
How does cars driving on the wrong side of the road get missed. I'm sure Matt said QA had a check list
It´s either a feature or pure tradition. See below screenshot from DRA - Nünchritz - Weißig (Germany)
Beginning to question if any beta testing was actually done for this route. Of course, it's only natural for there to be bugs when new content releases for any game but the list for MML is endless and some of them are so glaring it's unbelievable. Did nobody testing it try driving the 158 in the rain???
