Xbox Series X Creators Club Xbox Not Working

I've tried everything so far, signed out, powered down xbox totally, restarted xbox,uninstalled then reinstalled.
I can't download anything just gets stuck on spinning wheel

I've neither uploaded or even been able to download anything.
just get the spinning wheel.

No idea what else to do

 

Then I would submit a support ticket (and make sure you have mentioned that you are within the 100 downloads limit).
