Fishing Sim World Bass /predator Set Up

I bought a sonic magna travel rod+bait shack predator elite reel+suline sglon pe 12 lbs line same set up as a guy on YouTube only my line is lighter he was using 20 lbs line ok both of us using a pro sad 6 inch lure but he can cast 44 yards and I can only cast 28 yards why cant I cast that distance please???

 

He's probably use total cast control, and not the meter, maybe? If you learn it correctly, total casting is the way to go, and you will cast much farther!

 

thankyou but that is what I am using no probs with the carp cat set up only the carp predator gear

 

sorry I don't think I am using total cast how do I go about it tried it but the lure just fell of the rod tip
