I have been enjoying this route recently although in most services the DPU units do not work making for a slow ride. From time to time they will work but have no sound? It would be nice to see this updated as it has been out for a year or so now. thx
Submit a ticket, forum is deaf for such requests. Lets formalize the scale of issues, Me for example send 5 tickets last week (mainly old irritating issues CK, HSC, SPG... )
The forums are great for getting information from the community, the other TSW players. But DTG seem to ignore it as much as possible. In fact, they also ignore the tickets we send, as far as we can tell.
They reply to my last ticket about Cane Kreek green artefacts and AC4400 rear boogie (boogie was ignored in response, but I kept pushing anyway to correct it). Yestrday I sent Harlem atc/ases tickets ...
When I raised tickets (about achievements that don't pop), they closed them with a note saying they are informing the tech team about the issues, and that was it. Somewhere else on these forums, someone complained that DTG support asked for a video, and the video had zero views. If nobody from the tech team looked at it, looks like a clear sign that the ticket was not being fixed.

Probably you forgot to turn on Banking Comm on the radio. If you did that and it still doesn't work, it may be a bug then!
Sometimes maybe.. Bankcomm and distributed power rocker switch are what I hit first typically in an effort to make things work properly. Still doesn’t explain the units not making sound or power
