When I was exploring the training centre I noticed that when you turn away from the guy sitting behind the reception he losses his hair and later his head. Also small side note: I can already activate the easter mastery scenery tile but it just shows in game as the christmas scenery.
I can confirm this. You need to stand right behind the guy. Worse is you cannot turn off the Christmas mastery as reported as well.
