What Am I Doing Wrong? Wt Nicht Zeitgerecht Betätigt

I'm pretty new to driving with safety systems. On my way to Köln I got a wt nicht zeitgerecht betätigt warning and a Zwangsbremsung warning which I don't understand. I have it recorded and if someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong I would be very grateful. The video can be found here

Does sign 7 have magnet? If yes, then you need to acknowledge PZB when proceeding it.

 

I believe I did acknowledge it, not in the video but when I tried to get past the same signal earlier but maybe not. It's worth another try. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it very much.
