What exactly is happening or not happening. Can you walk us through it?

 

When you have to press triangle, objective not trigger

What do you call "Welcome Tutorial"?
Is it the route introduction mission, or the M7 introduction?

 

Is the route introduction, the objective of press "triangle" not trigger and prevent the continuation of route introduction. Can see on the pictures

 

So, when you switch from outside camera to first person view, the objective does not unlock?
I think you need to do this a few times and be patient, it will happen eventually.
