Both AC 64s are missing on Boston and New York routes if you look via the route menu does show up in to the trains menu. The Special AC 64 that was add a bit after Boston was released is missing from the list as it is an official liverie.
Same here! The AC S 64 does not pop up as an option to select On Route selection,But Can be selected In the train depot Platform : PS5 .
