In Cab Signalling In Class 43

I noticed that the Class 43 has these little lights around the speed indicator and a display. How can I activate these?

Those lights belong to the ATP safety system which is present on the GW route in real life, it indicates the maximum speed allowed on the route.

In GWE, ATP is not implemented and those lights thus won't function.

 

I thought he was talking about the lighting of the dials.
