No and anyone sharing it without consent is in breach of copyright and that includes in a discord server
While the original extension is no longer publicly available, I do recall hearing that ATS are working on their own version of the extension as part of an overhaul of the GEML route, which would coincide with the eventual release of the Class 745/755 they're working on in partnership with Gü Studios. I can't provide any links referencing this sadly as I don't remember where I heard this, but hopefully someone else may be able to.
Yes, there have been a few screenshots from it on the ATS Facebook group. There have been a few others since this one.
