Union Pacific 4141 Honor Of George H. W. Bush (emd Sd70ace)

Hello,
I would love to see this train be on train simulator and to honor our 41 president and George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. I think it's a beautiful train with the paint scheme of Air Force One. Could we see this being a Loco Proposal?
