Where Are The Aws And Dsd Switches For Class101 Locomotives

    No clue about DSD, if it has any.

    But for AWS, see video at around 03:20

    There is only aws with the 101

    DSD didn't exist when the 101s were built

    The Class 101 had a dead man’s handle instead of the newer DSD. It’s basically the power handle which needed to be constantly held down when in motion. It is simulated in the game to be pressed down constantly when power is applied so no action is required on the player’s part to enable it.

    They kind of did didn't they? It's not like you have to hold down a button to operated the handle.

    The AWS switch in the Class 101 is under the secondman's seat, near the door to the passenger compartment, you may have to fumble around a bit to find it.

    Yes, but every time you return it to B1 or Stop, it pops up and the alarm goes off until you manually cancel it.

    Manually cancel? It sounds 4 times then stops. No need to cancel.
