Anytime I run an NJT service with ATC/ACSES enabled, I get a Penalty Brake whenever I brake to a stop signal. I comply with the ATC's request to brake to 20 mph in good time and then continue to brake in order to stop in time for the signal, but I get what feels like 100 meters before the red signal 2 red points on the ADU and shortly afterwards a penalty Brake, regardless of whether I'm rolling at 5mph or 15mph. I've been looking for reasons for this for a long time, but I'm just not an expert when it comes to American safety systems. Perhaps there is someone here who can explain me the situation and give me brief advice on what I should correctly do in the situation. Thanks
