I'm playing the Southeastern Speed journey and the final part is a service, 1J83 Sandwich to St Pancras International departing Ashford at 7:44am. While I am sure it didn't actually start at Sandwich as Sandwich is used as a terminus displayed for trains going to Ramsgate that divide at Ashford, interestingly the service doesn't stop at Ebbsfleet. Did the real life equivalent service also not stop at Ebbsfleet?
So looking at RealTimetables 1J83 doesnt appear to be current service number BUT 1L13 Sandwich - St Pancs departs Ashford 07:44 but does stop at Ebbsfleet 1J15 Margate - St Pancs departs Ashford 08:06 and runs none stop to Stratford International so clearly some trains IRL do skip Ebbsfleet. However The timetable for SEHS is from 2019 I believe so I dug out my 2019 European Timetable and whilst service numbers aren't detailed the 07:44 Ashford departure in 2019 did indeed skip Ebbsfleet so I think this is spot on personally.
There is one service a day that starts at Sandwich to ensure the service from Ashford onwards is consistent at a certain time As redrev1917 says the current iteration is 1L13, but not sure whether back in the day this was a slightly different stopping pattern
