Abbey Wood to Acton is Automatic Train Operation so you'd only be "monitoring" and running the door open / close routine Heathrow airport own the airport spur (everything after Hayes and Harlington) and won't let people recreate it so the route you're suggesting as a driving experience would be between Paddington and Hayes (6 stops)
This should be Abbey Wood to Reading with out the Heathrow Airport Branch due to BAA owning the Branch. Remember GWR 387/1s count towards the BML 387/2 milage run if Reading to Paddington Station is built alongside the 345 Crossrail
Except BAA no longer exist and today it is the Spanish company Ferrovial that own it. It is a shame that they are not open to being featured as a licensed brand in game. As for security issues, I cannot see any but it is not for me to decide.
I never quite get that one either. After all pick up any version of Flight Sim in recent years and you have a fairly accurate representation of Heathrow airside, down to actual comms and ILS etc. radio frequencies. Then you get the enhanced scenery add ons with even more detail. Is it more the case DTG simply CBA to ask/negotiate and it got tipped in the too difficult basket?
