Game Not Working

Hey guys needing some help,as soon as i try to launch TSC it doesnt start or allow me to goto the main menu,i can see the game icon on my taskbar at the bottom of the screen,when i press it nothing happens.Now ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no positive effect,any ideas anyone how i can get my game working again

 

Navigate to *Your Drive* (commonly C) :\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Content and locate the PlayerProfiles.bin file, remove it to your desktop or rename it PlayerProfiles.bin.old

Launch the game again and tell us if that solved it.

seemed to do the trick many thanks,what tends to cause this to happen?..

 

The file gets corrupted during a save process seems the most likely cause.
