Today, I started playing TSW 3 again, but this time I encountered an issue. When I logged into Dovetail Live, my account was reset to Level 1. Previously, there were no issues whatsoever. I had reached a fairly high level, and I had created many liveries (all of them from TSW 2). However, before this, I had played TSW 3 without any issues with my account. Please help me guys.
Sorry you haven't had any responses. Are you sure you haven't logged into another profile (not account)? There's not much I can really say to help, unfortunately, so maybe try sending DTG a support ticket. Perhaps you have a backup of something that you can restore from?
