DTG Matt Wondered how I go about this, I want to purchase the new Glossop route, the last two or three times I've downloaded a new route I've had to go via playstation store as not showing in game, this also means I lose out on 10% discount for having BCC, why is it not showing in game,
Really because I've heard that it's to do with owning BCC, doesn't solve my issue of not being able to purchase routes from in game though.
Hey there, Sadly, due to how the PS Store works, we were only able to offer a discount to PS+ subscribers. Sony has certain limitations and it was either that or offer no discount to Playstation users at all. Not ideal, but the best solution we could offer.
In game store has been broken since TSW OG, new routes show up days later or not at all, I always buy through PS store.
Incidentally can you also tell me why I was able to buy routes in game at one point but the last 2 or 3 I've had to go via playstation store?
Our Retail Team took a look, but couldn't find anything that would cause an issue like that. They went ahead and refreshed the system though, just in case. Let me know if this continues to be an issue.
Perhapsni didn't explain myself very well, buying routes is fine and I'm sure the Glossop route will appear on my store eventually but always if I buy a route on day one its necessary to buy from ps store
