Starting to look like we won't be getting the GWE livery editor this month. Again. I wonder what the excuse will be this time.

European rail is the best I like it to drive up to 205mph. And not 30mph like in the US routes.

Can we get another Class 465 route, so we can use the Class 700 on it. I’m getting pretty tired of SEHS now.

How do you change the destination board on the 323?

You don't it does it automatically.
Although if you have a USB keyboard (if you are on console) you can try F7 or F8. Sometimes its implemented that it can change. Otherwise not im afraid.

For instance you can manually change the Headcode using F7 / F8 on the 484 on the Isle of Wight 2022 route and the scotrail unit (can't remember the class lol) on the Edinburgh Glasgow route

I would definitely invest in a USB keyboard. It allows you to use more functions at a fingers tip in stead of playing "twister" with your fingers and trying to remember the Shift +...... Button on the controllers. I use the same keyboard on the Series X and PS5 version.

I've seen them for £8 or less on Amazon! Probably less than that beer you seem to be drinking. ;)

Well the model is from the Avelia Horizon. Interior is very different from the TGV M (cab, passenger compartment,...)

But a keyboard beats the purpose of playing games in the couch. We should not have to invest in keyboards. We should need a better controller scheme layout

I use a keyboard and play TSW on the couch! It is a wireless keyboard but when my previous one stopped working I managed to used a wired one. My cat kept getting caught in it though!

Or controllers need more buttons! :D Nah, but really if you look at it as a whole - the number of buttons, levers and whatnot in a loco can probably not be well simplified onto a controller.

I also have a wireless keyboard but it's really thin. It's designed to work on a desk but not on a lap or cushion ;)

Controllers have enough buttons. I've done almost every activity there is in games solely with controllers and I am sometimes surprised how many controls you can put into a controller. If you have a good scheme you can control everything but TSW does not have a good scheme. I'm playing this game already 2 years and I still don't know the layout.

A formula 1 car takes up more controls than a train for example. Works perfectly with a controller?

You are spot on but for the Controllers playing them on German and Austrian routes have a drawback is that you are still forced to use manual controls for Afb and Sifa to turn on. On the Keyboard Control Shift R turns on AFB while Control Shift Q PZB LZB Sifa On R key speed up 155 112 143 Increase Traction force.

I've got a wireless keyboard hooked up to the PS5 purely so I can press L whenever I forget to do something before entering a tunnel.

You can stand up, press Right on D-Pad to turn on the headlamp, and then look for the cab light control :D

There were some routes listed for TSW special projects that are no longer on the roadmap, but I don't think were released. Are these cancelled or on ice?

They are still coming to tsw4. Only difference is that dtg have officially announced that preservation crew updates will not release for tsw2 due to a ton of technical challenges that can break the game
