As a Redhill resident, I finally bit the bullet to buy something because I see these trains every day - especially because I had some Epic Rewards to splash on the new DLC (I haven't bought anything since TSW3 came out). The Class 700 downloaded without any issues after purchasing it, please see the proof below: Can I be disappointed? I will ask the ultimate question again: 'Have you tested this?'. After years of developing this game, how did this happen again? I didn't post this in the feedback thread, as I cannot give you feedback on something I cannot even play.

Closing my ticket without resolution is UTTERLY DISRESPECTFUL. Requested a refund from Epic, ain't got no time for this Mickey Mouse customer service. I thought that since I last played, things have changed. Guess I was wrong.
