I have noticed that when unpausing the game during a run the sound volume increases back to what I asume is the normal level. Has anybody else noticed this? It's almost like the volume is reducing slightly the longer you play a route and pausing/unpausing resets the volume level. It's definitely noticeable, I'm sure I'm not imagining it. I suppose it could be my TV. I'm on PS5 by the way.
Now I am on the original PS4 but I get same thing. I play with headphones usually but definitely notice that. Some locos more than others. Like the steam locos on Spirit of Steam are the most noticeable having volume spike after unpausing.
