It's skyhooks thing so it probably is for one of their freight routes as it makes the most sense cuz it's their product.
Much more likely to be Horseshoe Curve! The route includes an ES44AC, the add-on’s going to be a livery pack, Norfolk Southern has a large lineup of ES44ACs with heritage paint schemes. It would just make sense.
The SP barely even owned Cane Creek, that was always DRGW territory and still had mostly DRGW equipment running on it from 1988 to 1996......
