Ok but what will it be if it is not TSW4? Have you looked at all the evidence that was presented? Everything we are seeing now is going like predicted. I've seen proof enough. But you could change my mind with the evidence that proofs it is not TSW4
Rush hour was paid? As far as I remember it was a core update with 3 released routes as a bundle. The core was updated for everyone for free so any subsequent routes released after those 3 in the bundle worked without any additional purchase.
A big Update/ lot of new content for TSW3. The only proof that will satisfy me would be an official announcement of TSW4. Before that, I don't believe that there is a TSW4 coming. I need decisive proof and leaks or questionable entries in a store does not fit that for me.
They can’t. It will make it hard/impossible to block certain DLCs from being upgraded to the new version. Have a non-versioned, continuous live service game will imply to users that all content will always remain compatible.
Is your job ethirr a detective or a forensic scientist or someone that works in the police? Only someone with that sorta job would think like that. XD (joking) Fair enough. Just know you'll have your proof soon enough!
You won’t believe a cricket ball is going to hit you in the face until you have concrete evidence such as pain and blood. There’s quite enough evidence to deduce this isn’t just some new DLC bundle. DTG would not duplicate every item of DLC, which we are certain they have done, unless it was going into a new version of the game which needs them. Also, the DTG Direct video says Train Sim World on it. If it was just the continuation of TSW3 it would say TSW3 on it, like all other branding and promotion. You can duck out of the way of the ball when you have enough evidence from studying its trajectory. You do not need to be struck in the face to know it would strike you in face.
That’s right. It showed that you don’t need to add a number to TSW for a release of new routes to be a success.
Ya never know. Maybe someone's got a mole within DTG! XD Lmao, I can already imagine Matt conducting movie like interrogations like: “WHO HAVE YOU TOLD THIS TIME JD??!!“
If you look at my nickname, you could imagine in which area my profession lies... And yes, in my job I need decisive evidence. If they want to announce a TSW4 they don't need am new format. That alone doesn't mean anything. Like I said before: We'll see. Maybe I am right or I will have to admit defeat. I am just no fan of speculating in general, thats what I wanted to say when I said that I want decisive proof..
That would cause even more confusion. Tsw2020, tsw2, tsw3, tsw. Players would think tsw is the very first game of the series
First there was the leak that have seem to be very accurate up until now as the database from Epic shows that the same amount of routes as TSW3 has been uploaded + pre purchase items and the new routes that would come with this bundle. Or DTG is releasing a huge amount of routes that will make you get a second job to afford them all on day one or it's TSW4
Ok, i'll play: Ny Penn-New Haven is 75 miles per the timetable. Could certainly be another 1.6 miles to be found.
Miami-West Palm Beach is about right Would give Amtrak (diesel?!?), Brightline, and CSX freight Personally didn't like that route at all in TSC
Next week's Roadmap has been replaced with Dovetail Direct, a livestream event similar to the Spring Summit earlier this year. The livestream will take place on August 22nd, which is the date that the French guy predicted for the pre-order launch of Train Sim World 4. I believe that DTG will reveal Train Sim World 4 during the livestream, with pre-orders beginning immediately. The game is then expected to be released on September 26th, as the French guy also predicted. So far, he has been correct about the date of the livestream, so it is possible that he is also correct about the release date of the game. DTG themselves seem to be anticipating the livestream more than their usual events, as evidenced by the fact that they have dedicated a blog post to it. Therefore, I think we will just have to wait three more weeks to find out for sure.
Unless of course DTG decides to silently retire the older TSW content, or just go for a full rebranding of the TSW franchise under 1 name.
Although you seem to be a party pooper and hope you are very wrong I'm betting all my money on your prediction
August 22nd is an incredible date for me. First week of my holiday, but still days before I go to italy for the following weeks. So I can relax, play some TSW3 and can watch the stream live ! Instead of hours later after everyone else.
-- Deleted post -- It was easy enough for me to find. Not gonna give more clues or it would be the same as giving the route name.
Such insight, why did I not think of that. Hang on, I did. I have seen several of his reviews and I find them a chore to get through. Quite right I remember this being said as well only thing though he said that applied to TSW3 not 4. I bet the owners of the first TSW said that as well. Was it? It still isn't fully implemented yet is it? If TSW4 is coming will it be the usual upgrade and so the bugs just get transferred to the new version or would they dare to start anew with a fresh game and DTG having to redo the existing DLC's? Personally I think the former but they seem to continually get tools that allow them to do things in the game automatically, would it be possible for DTG to be able to do this? Surely not. But if they did what a money grab eh?
DTG wont even do anything about the old routes, they are just like they're forgotten. MAG for example has so many PZB and LZB bugs, what about it?? no fixes? thats bad business
The U.S. Route could be the Metrolink Antelope Valley Line, exactly 76.6 Miles From L. A. to Lancaster.
Antelope Valley Metrolink Line is the only known line to fit that millage and I doubt they have the Metrolink license, and it doesn't really fit with any possible theme the pack could have. I also question your source if you cannot provide any evidence like we have for the rest of the TSW4 stuff.
I'm not believing this BS for a second, as DTG never advertises their routes to the point mile sections. they have always been round numbers.... NYT: 58 miles Cajon Pass: 85 miles Harlem Line: 24 miles Sherman Hill: 58 miles Boston Providence: 43 miles plus 4 mile branch....
I dont have to provide anything other then what I wanted to share. What evidence exactly? A project name isn't evidence. The route I mentioned is specific with a TSW4 product tag.
Well, maybe I only leaked the exact mileage from the original route. And not the product mileage ingame. But, I see where this is going and will not comment anymore in this topic. Official news should be soon anyway.
