PlayStation Upgrade To Digital Deluxe Version?

I can’t find the upgrade bundle in PS Store. I bought the standard version and now I want the digital deluxe version because I just love this game and I want all the locos (CSX GP40-2). Can someone plz explain how I can upgrade?

 

I don't believe there is any way to upgrade through PS store.

 

No, you can’t upgrade but I think I've heard in the future CSX GP40-2 will be available to buy in consoles (For the price of a Loco DLC, obvious).
