PS5 Loco Substitution Still A Thing Or Broken?

Hey guys.

I've been playing DRA a lot recently. I have noticed that all, and I really mean all AI freight trains were headed by 185.5s. I have all the German stuff installed and, if I remember correctly, AI freight trains would also feature 143s, 155s. But no, only 185.5.

Is it a bug or a feature?

 

I don’t know if it’s broken, I’ll have a look when I get back from my holiday.

 

I recall this happening a bunch when the TSW2 addon manager launched, the game basically "forgot" all the possible substitutions
