Steam Issues With Save System & Profile Creation [solved]

I'm having problems with TSW3, at first I couldn't create new scenarios, the game told me there was a problem with the save system.
I then uninstalled and reinstalled the game ( also using Revo Uninstaller to perform a clean uninstall ) but now I can't create a profile, I get an error just after I enter my character's name.
So I'm stuck in the profile creation screen (I logged in with my Dovetail account just before).

Am I the only one with this issue ? Now, I can't play the game at all :'(
