Train Simulator Giving Me An Unusual Error

When I boot up the 64bit version I get a content file lock from steam. Then I boot up the game again and it updating. I looked in the railworks folder and the 64bit.exe is not there. How do I fix this issue?

 

Have you preformed a integrity check, this will pick up any files missing and re-download them. If this fails then submit a trouble ticket.
