Hello good afternoon, I have problems to know how to see from the TS-Tools program, in the routes the total number of assets that they have and those that are missing to find the download links and be able to download them

The TS Tools program does not see Assets contained in *.ap Files and most DLC that Steam Installs comes in an *.ap file
You can normally ignore any missing asset shown in a DTG folder if you have the DLC

For example - A route I have has assets from the DTG\Academy Folder
    F:\Railworks\Assets\DTG\Academy\RailNetwork\DE\Speedsigns\Speedsign_Lf7_Post.bin
    F:\Railworks\Assets\DTG\Academy\RailNetwork\DE\Speedsigns\Speedsign_Lf7_Post_Left.bin
    F:\Railworks\Assets\DTG\Academy\RailNetwork\DE\Speedsigns\Speedsign_Lf7_Post_Right.bin

Being in a *.ap file TS Tools shows them missing but I know I have it so it is ignored.

I have been told that one must unpack them with TS_Tools to see them. Use route building tools/extract route properties.xml and scenarios/extract scenario properties.xml. Everytime you add routes or scenarios to the game you need to run these in order for TS_Tools to see them. You can also use Edit assets/content/AP assets or content editors to view these files.
