completed all available services for both the 09 and the 47 and the trophy did not pop. I think someone else mentioned this a few weeks ago. Hoping this isn’t related to all the WSR problems the other week. I’ll log a ticket but I worked hard on this one so it’s disappointing
Yeah, isn't that trophy unachievable at the moment? Looking at the trophy list, 0,0% of the players have earned it, and unless the stats from Sony are bugged somehow, it suggests no one is earning that trophy right now. It's the same story with the "RT: Leipzig Legend" trophy, I believe. Looking over and fixing unattainable trophies should definitely be on the list for future updates, I hope DTG looks into this!
I have also completed all services on WSR but have not received the trophy, whatever it is called (wonderer or wanderer). As Caineth says nobody has got this trophy nor the all services trophies on RT and NEC. There must be a bug for all the services trophies! Is it ever going to be fixed? Is the RSN services trophy going to suffer from the same bug?
Out of curiosity I checked the Steam forums and found a few threads detailing the same issue (links below). It seems it's broken on PC as well, so at least it's not a PS4 specific issue. I saw someone mention DTG had acknowledged it in a dev stream, but can't verify that myself. Hi all. This is a known issue, any trophy or achievement that is based on completing a number of services is currently broken.
Thanks for the acknowledgement, it's good to know you're at least aware of it over at the DTG building. I'll keep my fingers crossed for an update fixing this down the line, would love to be able to platinum TSW one day.
Ticket was answered this morning. Only way to get this trophy 'possibly' is to create a new profile. Now I did that for one trophy that was simply to complete a tutorial but not prepared to do that for one where I have to complete all services and even then it's not guaranteed. All I would like to see for these is an estimated time until the fix comes
At present there are three unobtainable trophies because of this issue. With RSN, there will be four. PC players must have even more. Why do they continue to sell things that they know are broken? Come on DTG, get this fixed.
I don't think creating new profiles helps with this issue, considering 0.0% has gotten those trophies on PSN, and it's the same story on PC. Since DTG har confirmed they are broken (Luke above) I think all we can do at this point is cross our fingers for an update. It would mean a lot to know DTG is actively working on the patch to fix this, could we have such a confirmation from the team?
I have a question to all of you that completed all services for this route! I cannot complete the first service for the class 47 to the east, I kept getting stuck at a red light in the entrance of Byshops, there is a class 09 in the station I'm suppose to stop, making it impossible to complete... anyone encounter this?
These "services" trophies and achievements are actually getting looked into, properly. Without any of this "create a new profile" rubbish because that simply won't work or wash with me. The problem has been acknowledged and no via the ticket either :P so I can promise it is getting looked at
Just on this one, I’ve noticed it’s now at 0.1%. Anyone now got this trophy and if so did you have to run the whole set of services again?
I am slowly doing the services again. All these patches coming out but disappointingly nothing in the patch notes to ever confirm trophies/achievements are fixed
It takes the absolute mess I know this much. I've done ALL services on the NEC and WSR no trophy or achievement on respective consoles.
I have repeated the WSR Services with the class 9, 47 & the add on Class 33 for over a month and still no trophy.
Joel Hazeldene make sure you log a ticket with them to let them know. The more of us do that the better (I hope)
