You should add the Grays C2C service, The London Piccadily line, the Elisabeth line, The Jubille Line and Finally the Japan Shinkansen line.

The shinkansen line isn't a London line. But you still need more detail

One London line that would be nice in TSW is the North London + Goblin Line from Richmond to Stratford/North Woolwich and Barking. Though you would need two new trains for the modern era, a 378 EMU and the Class 172 DMU. Three if you include LUL S stock for the District Line between Richmond and Gunnersbury. Intensive passenger service and lots of freight action, not your typical main line radiating from one of the termini.
