Issue With Game

Hi. I’m having issues with the game, I’ll explain in further detail.

I brought the Chatham Mainline, and added the 387/377/379 mods as it was the requirements, so I brought it. It came with 377/6 and /7, 375 and 377, 465 southeastern.
When I spawn it in for example the Chatham Mainline, the train doesn’t spawn and the map doesn’t load, it just gives me a bright map reflection, I payed for it and I have no idea what the issue is,
I’ve tried everything, installed requirements and everything. I have no idea still.

 

Sounds like you purchased the AP 377/379/387 pack?

Try running a quick drive scenario on the Chatham Mainline with any default train - even one from another route.
That will check if its a problem with the route or something else

The train spawns, (Default 377 SN) the map hasn’t loaded.

Reinstall the route your having the issue with and see if that fixes it

 

I’ve done everything and nothing works.

 

Those milk bottles show when there are missing assets. I recall Medway extends the basic one, but not sure.
Can you show us which DLC you have purchased and installed? Here is mine for comparison:

What you show is a fairly common case for only having the expansion for a route.

I’ve reinstalled it, no differences it’s even worse now

 

The whole map has not loaded but this time it’s white

 

Those do not look like the correct DLC. Mine show


I also have those 2 files you attached however they are only support files

2009520 = DTG/Class 47
2009521 = DTG/Class 158

 

I’m not sure then.. might have to consider it as a scam then.

 

If you have TSC loaded in Steam on the Library right click on this and select Properties -> DLC. take a screen shot of what you find there

 

Brighton Mainline, Chatham Main & Meway Valley Lines and Chatham Mainline.

 

If you have a blue check mark against Chatham Main Line, unclick it, let Steam fully unload the pack then click it back on and see if that helps

You should find the following in the Career Menu

Does TSC Open up with a menu

If so if you click on Drive -> Career you should see the following - if not then it did not load properly

Click on one of those scenarios and report back what you see when you start it

You will need to acquire those vehicles or replace them using Locoswap. Not sure why they were not provided. Is this an old version/

You should not need to do anything. You mentioned earlier you had also bought other DLC. This may have interfered with it. What exactly were the mods you loaded? You should probably remove these. Where did the 377 mods come from? This DLC is stand alone with everything you should need.

What were the mods you added. Knowing this will help

 

I downloaded 377/379/387 pack, I was asked to install requirements, I installed them and they don’t seem to work.

Did you install the AP pack?

 

The system is very fussy about the order you load these. The base DLC does not use the AP versions. Since these scenarios are Career you cannot change the rolling stock. You can only change the rolling stock on standard scenarios. How much content do you have. Maybe delete everything and start from scratch. Do not load the AP product and see if you can run these scenarios as provided

 

Yes. I am using AP Pack

 

The AP pack will not work on these scenarios. They can be used to substitute for standard scenarios using Locoswap. In my opinion if this is new you should just delete the whole Railworks folder, download TSC from Steam and then Download Chatham Mainline. You should be able to run those 10 s scenarios out of the box. Once you feel more comfortable PM me and I can talk you through how and when to use the AP packs
