Hi I have TSW 2 on my XBox with loads of routes and the other day XBox was having a sale so I bought TSW 3 with the 3 routes. I have seen on Youtube you can move your profile from TSW2 to 3 but when I press LB button to move to My Profile then Switch Profile it only shows the profile for TSW3 and nothing for the TSW2 profile. I have followed the instructions via Youtube so I was wondering what I am doing wrong Cheers in advance Dave
My best guess would be you gave your TSW3 profile the same name as your TSW2 profile, in which case you can't import the old one and need to delete the TSW3 one first.
Why would you criticize that? It's a great price for 3 routes....no need for that kind of unproductive response that is unhelpful and irrelevant to the question being asked...
Did you keep TSW2 installed? I know they have mentioned that for the switch from 3 to 4 you need to keep 3 installed so it could be something similar in your case.
As long as TSW2 and TSW3 is installed then log into the dovetail account you use on TSW2, on TSW3 and you should should see progress made on the routes you had/have on both TSW2&3, aswell as your player level’s you have accumulated, perhaps log a technical report with DTG if this isn’t the case. It should also be the same Xbox profile used, progress does not transfer between accounts (to my knowledge)
