In this suggestion, I am suggesting the West Coast Mainline again. But this time, I'm suggesting the Trent Valley Line from Rugby to Crewe via Lichfield.

The West Coast Main Line is another line heavily requested although the Liverpool to Crewe route is set in the steam days before electrification. This suggestion is set in 2019 onwards.

    Stations included are

Rugby, a major junction station which was heavily remodelled between 2006 and 2008 to allow express trains to pass through at 110-125 mph instead of 75 mph. The station is served by both Avanti and LNWR which I will get to later.

Nuneaton, served by LNWR, Avanti and XC (not modelled in game). Another station which had major changes in the 2000s to allow trains on the Birmingham to Peterborough line to cross the WCML via a flyover instead of a flat crossing.

    Atherstone

Polesworth, the most rarely used station on the Trent Valley with only one platform in use and served by only one daily Parliamentary train per day from Northampton to Crewe.

Tamworth, an interchange between the WCML on the low level and the Cross Country route on the high level connecting Birmingham and Derby

Lichfield Trent Valley, an interchange between the WCML and the Cross City line also from Birmingham on the high level.

Rugeley Trent Valley, another interchange for trains to Birmingham but via the Chase Line.

Stafford, an interchange with connections to Wolverhampton and Sandwell along with services to Stoke On Trent

Crewe, the final stop on this dlc serves the Crewe Heritage Centre with connections to the East Midlands and North Wales.

Class 158 AI at Crewe (Requires MML)

Class 323 WMR AI at Lichfield Trent Valley

Class 323 NT at Crewe (Requires Glossop Line)

Excellent idea overall and this should come in two versions present-day and 1958. When it comes to the 1958 version it's 105 miles 35 mi from Liverpool to Crewe and 70 mi from Rugby to Crewe. Present day version for freight Classes 92 90 and mail 325

Good suggestion! But I think maybe London to Crewe would be better instead of ending it at rugby.

Good suggestion. The equivalent route in TSC is good fun; lots of stopping patterns with a mix of service types, and several places where the line meets junctions meaning you would likely encounter adverse signals giving a more engaging driving experience.

Either this or the line via Birmingham New Street would be my top picks for another Birmingham-area route.

This would be a good section of the West Coast Main Line to have in TSW with the variety of fast and stopping passenger services plus freight services. Great suggestion.
