As soon as you buy the software it will update from steam, so you should have the full up to date version of all the relevant software. If you want to check then do a validation which will check the versions
You should be able to run the 64bit version now from within Steam. Start the Steam application, find TS in the Library and click on play- you will get a choice of which version to run.
